Dear Sabrina,

I haven't had electricity for twenty odd hours again.  Terrible. Hope that
this will be the last cut-off.  What matters now is that the madness be
stopped somehow.  It is quite likely, I have to check it, that NATO killed
close to 100 Albanians near Prizren last night, using, guess what, cluster
bombs.

I have to do lots of things now when we have electricity again. I will get
back to you later... If there is electricity, and if I remain sane.
