Dear Sabrina,

I am deeply disturbed by NATO's insistence to change the agreement achieved
by Ahtisaari, Chernomyrdin and Talbott in which it is stated quite clearly
that the withdrawal of the Serbian troops ought to be followed by
international troops appointed by the UN Security Council.  NATO is
pressurizing Serbs insisting that NATO troops, without any prior
confirmation by the Security Council, enter Kosovo.  And that is that. 
They want more blood, you were quite right that they lie.
